Hartle were required to provide Landlord services to the new JLR plant on block 96. This comprised of feeding a low pressure hot water from a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant; the supply of fresh cold water from the mains, gas and compressed air - air that is kept under pressure that is greater than atmospheric pressure; and the installation of a JET air system that consists of a ductwork grille from 13 air handling units and 36 door heaters.

The project consisted of approximately 90,000m² of warehousing space, with an office and space for parking. It has allowed for the delivery of a more efficient and effective logistics operations at the Solihull Plant.
