Project Details
Westway Place is a mixed-use development situated on the edge of Oxford City in Botley. Comprising of 261 bedroom student accommodation spread across three blocks with retail and restaurant space located beneath.
Hartle Ltd provided a full design and build turnkey package to this 261 bedroom student accommodation in Botely. Comprising of communal areas based on bathroom POD’s with all service connections, services distribution and major plant.
The scope and services provided for the project included domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage, VRF air conditioning for communal areas only, mechanical extract ventilation systems (MEV), dry risers, electric heating to bedrooms and building management system.
