Project Details
Travelodge Salford Quays is placed a short walk from the Lowry Theatre and Mediacity UK, as well as the Lowry Outlet Mall.
Providing all mechanical services to the 156-bedroom hotel, Hartle delivered boosted hot and cold-water services served via gas fired water heaters; ventilation with heat recovery, which employs a counter-current heat exchange technology between the inbound and outbound air flow to supply fresh air correct temperatures; full air conditioning; and above ground drainage.
The project completed on time and within client budget.
