Project Description
R G Group, formed in 1989, are an independently owned construction management specialist. Working closely together, Hartle provided all mechanical and electrical services to the 218 bedroom hotel to include full air conditioning of hotel bedrooms and public areas, hot and cold water services served via a combined heat and power unit in conjunction with installing a low pressure hot water system, condensing boilers, battery management systems and above ground drainage.
The project included CIMC systems, a modular building process designed to be more time efficient than standard building procedures.
