Project Description
Providing all mechanical services to the 126-bedroom hotel, Hartle were asked to deliver boosted hot and cold-water services, served via gas fired water heaters and a combined heat and power plant (CHP); ventilation with heat recovery; full air conditioning; and above ground drainage.
As the hotel was built on an existing office building, Hartle had to design a bespoke drainage system, without interrupting already existing features and systems.
