Project Description
Gilbert Ash are a construction and fit-out contractor based in the UK but undertake projects worldwide. Their key sectors are Landmark Landscapes, Workplace, Hotels & Leisure, Arts & Culture, Science & Technology, Retail, Residential and Education.
Hartle provided all mechanical and electrical services to a new three-storey office block in Leatherhead, London. This included supplying hot and cold water services via an air source heat pump unit, which transfers heat from the outside to the inside and vice versa, alongside a heat recovery ventilation system which countercurrents heat exchange between inbound and outbound air flow. Air conditioning was also supplied and all services had to be zoned to enable the open plan office space to be split to tenant requirements.
