Cobalt building located at Harwell Science Campus and is operated by Agilent Technologies where testing and development of light systems is carried out. The space consists of multi-use office space, canteen areas, meeting rooms, development labs and testing facilities.
Hartle Ltd provided Phase 3 fit out works for an existing building consisting of new office space. The scope and services provided for the project included VRF air conditioning, mechanical heat recovery ventilation and connection to existing building management system.
