Project Description
Staycity now operates almost 3000 apartments across several key UK & European cities including Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Paris, York, Lyon and Marseille.
Clegg Group are a construction company, founded in the 1930s, asked Hartle to provide all mechanical services to the 170-bedroom hotel to include boosted hot and cold-water services served via gas fired water heaters and a combined heat and power unit; ventilation with heat recovery and full air conditioning; and above ground drainage.
