Hartle Ltd provided a full mechanical design and build turnkey package delivered for a new 184 bedroom courtyard Marriott hotel based on POD bathrooms and traditional build FOH and BOH areas.
The scope and services provided for the project included domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage, rainwater services, VRF air conditioning for bedrooms, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, LTHW heating, dry risers and building energy management system.
