Project Description
Suppling all mechanical services to 120-bedroom hotel, Hartle installed boosted hot and cold-water services served via district heating system; ventilation with heat recovery; full air conditioning, with water cooled condensers; and above ground drainage. The water cooled VRV system serves all bedrooms to reduce the condenser footprint on the roof to overcome planning restrictions.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
