Project Description
All mechanical and electrical services to 80 bedrooms of hotel to include boosted hot and cold-water services served via gas fired water heaters; solar powered water heaters; ventilation with heat recovery; and full air conditioning. The hotel was also fitted with a grey water reclaim system, involves the collection of used tap water which is then filtered, disinfected and recycled with water treatment, to serve all toilets within the building.
The industrial unit was also fitted with solar water heating, which converts sunlight into heat, and a rainwater harvesting system, which collects rainwater which fall onto roofs, then stores it in a tank until required for use.
