Project Description
Hartle Ltd provided a full mechanical design and build turnkey package for a refurbishment and extension to the Jaguar Land Rover, Gaydon, South Design Facility.
Project Scope/Services: LTHW heating, domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage, VRF air conditioning, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, 3-way mixing box ventilation c/w DX heating/cooling coils, natural gas services and a building energy monitoring system. Also, refurbishment of existing AHU plant.
The project duration was 12 months – split into 3 phases.
