Project Description
Hartle Ltd provided a full design and build turnkey package to Phase 1 of this 378 bedroom student accommodation comprising of several communal areas based on bathroom POD’s with all service connections, services distribution and major plant.
Project Scope/Services: LTHW Heating, domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage, rainwater services, VRF air conditioning to the communal areas, mechanical extract ventilation systems (MEV), domestic sprinkler system, dry risers and building management system.
