Project Description
Hartle provided all mechanical services to the 111-bedroom hotel to include boosted hot and cold-water services served via gas fired water heaters and a combined heat and power unit. Boosted water improves the performance and flow of water. Hartle also provided ventilation with heat recovery and full air conditioning; and above ground drainage.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
